  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. On the navigation bar, go to Users and Licenses > Customers.

    The Customers screen appears.

  3. Locate and click the company in the table.

  4. On the Licenses tab, click Assign Individual Service Plan.

  5. Select a service plan from the drop-down list.

     
    If the selected service plan and the current service plans associated with this customer contain duplicate licenses a crossgrade is required to resolve the conflict. Refer to Suite Crossgrade for more details.
     
  6. Specify the number of units to assign to each license.

     
    The type of unit depends on the type of product or service the plan is for.
     
  7. Specify the license start date.
  8. Click Save. License Management Platform assigns the service plan to the customer.
