Resetting the password of a customer in Licensing Management Platform (LMP)

A customer you are managing forgot his password and is requesting for his password to be reset in Licensing Management Platform (LMP).

To reset the password:
  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.

    LMP Login page

  2. Under Users & Licenses tab, then click Customers.
  3. Click the Company name of the customer that requires password reset.

  4. Go to the Accounts tab, and click the account name.

  5. Click the Reset password link.

  6. Read the Reset Password notice, and click OK.

  7. An email will be sent on the email address associated to the account selected. Follow the steps on the email to reset the password.
