A customer you are managing forgot his password and is requesting for his password to be reset in Licensing Management Platform (LMP).

To reset the password:
  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. Click on the company name to view the customer information.
  3. Click on the icon beside the email address.
  4. To go back to the main page, click Return to Customer Page
