- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
- Under Users & Licenses tab, then click Customers.
- Click the Company name of the customer that requires password reset.
- Go to the Accounts tab, and click the account name.
- Click the Reset password link.
- Read the Reset Password notice, and click OK.
- An email will be sent on the email address associated to the account selected. Follow the steps on the email to reset the password.
