- The required prescan files are missing or broken.
- The prescan engine cannot initialize.
- Generate new client packages. For more information on generating new client packages, refer to this KB article: Creating an MSI package to install the Client/Server Security Agent (CSA)
- Reinstall the Security Agent. For more information on reinstalling the Agent, refer to this KB article: Different Security Agent installation methods in WFBS
If the issue persists even after using a new client package, disable the prescan first, before installing the agent again. For the details on how to disable the prescan, refer to this article: Disabling prescan during Client/Server Security Agent (CSA) installation in Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS).
If issue persists, collect the installation logs from the following folder directory: C:\Windows\Temp\WFBS_Debug and attach it to your technical support case.
