To resolve this issue, you can perform any of the two options below:
Option I: Configure via the TMEEG administrative web interface
  1. Log on to the TMEEG administrative web interface.
  2. In the navigation bar, open the Configuration > MimeBuilder. You will find the section, Zero Download Options.

    This section is not available if the encryption format option is set to "IBE"/"In legacy format".
    The two options are also available:
    OptionDefault value
    ZD Main Block Delimiter"\>
    <input type="hidden" name="ibeMessage" id="ibeMessagePart__[AUTONUM]__" value="
    ZD Inline Block Delimiter"\>
    <input type="hidden" name="ibeInline" id="ibeInlinePart__[AUTONUM]__" value="
    If the two option values start with ["\>], then change those characters to ["/>].
    This section is not available if the encryption format option is set to "IBE"/"In legacy format".

    Do not use the [] characters.
    1. Connect to TMEEG virtual appliance via SSH or VMware console.
    2. Execute the following commands (not including the # symbol):
      # export PGPASSWORD=identum
      # psql -Upmg -didentum -c "UPDATE configparameters SET value=overlay(value placing '\"/>' from 1 for 3)
      WHERE component='MIMEBUILD' AND parameter='ZDMAINDELIM' AND substr(value, 1, 3)='\\\\\>';
      # psql -Upmg -didentum -c "UPDATE configparameters SET value=overlay(value placing '\"/>' from 1 for 3)
      WHERE component='MIMEBUILD' AND parameter='ZDINLINEDELIM' AND substr(value, 1, 3)='\\\\\>';
    3. Verify that the fix has been applied successfully.
      The fix is successful if the result is:
      UPDATE 1
      UPDATE 1
      The configurations are already correctly set (no need to change) if the result is:
      UPDATE 0
      UPDATE 0
    4. Restart the TMEEG service by running this command (not including the # symbol):
      # /etc/init.d/encryptiongatewayd restart
