During an Active Directory integration and client grouping, the date and time displayed after saving and synchronization are not the current ones. The Active Directory contains multiple domains and subdomains but not all of them appears in Client Management.

Checking the log shows the following:

This issue occurs because the subdomains are with the wrong parent GUID. It doesn't point to any existing GUID in the database node.

To fix this issue:

  1. Stop the OfficeScan Master Service.
  2. Delete the tbClientInfo.* files from the HTTPDB folder.
  3. Start the OfficeScan Master Service.
  4. Log on to the console and create a top level "Orion" domain in the OfficeScan server directory tree.
  5. Switch to the Client Grouping screen and recreate the domain tree structure by pressing the Save and Create Domain Now button.
