Preboot authentication errors in Full Disk Encryption (TMFDE)

If you still encounter the issue after the upgrade, collect the preboot log in C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Full Disk Encryption\log\. Submit the file to Trend Micro Technical Support for troubleshooting.
