The system is unable to authenticate the given User Name provided and try again.The User Name entered does not match a User Name in the PolicyServer. Enter a valid User Name.
Errors were detected while attempting to connect to your Full Disk Encryption PolicyServer to authenticate.The FDE device could not connect to the PolicyServer. Ensure that the device connects to the network and communicates with the PolicyServer.
Unable to email response.
Unable to email new credentials. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
The system cannot email the password response(s) to the customer. Make sure that the Self Help Method policy has Email as an option, or ensure that the SMTP server and the Source email policies are entered correctly.
Reset failed. Error.
The Full Disk Encryption Self Help system is available only for network connected systems. To use the Self Help option, please connect your system to a network which allows access to your PolicyServer and try again.
FDE cannot connect to the PolicyServer to reset the password for the user. Ensure that the client has a valid network connection.
The Self Help option is not available for the user specified.The user is not authorized to use Self Help. Ensure that the SelfHelp policy is configured correctly.
Full Disk Encryption was unable to obtain a list of valid challenges for the specified user.No personal challenge questions were set up in the PolicyServer for the user’s group. Configure the Self Help policy correctly.
