To disable the authentication window, you need to disable the FAConsole.exe program located in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry.
Important: Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
Deactivating this will not allow users to circumvent File Encryption policy settings. However, you can still access File Encryption using the Desktop icon or Start menu.
