This article tells you what type of mail tracking logs are available to HES users.

HES has a Mail Tracking Screen that allows you to:
- Track emails within your managed domains.
- Track a missing email for a recipient or sender in your domain.
It can present a sequence of the relevant email events within HES. However, mail tracking or report information cannot be viewed just by any user. Below is a matrix that shows what information is viewable to a specific user.

- Active HES domain using inbound filtering - an HES-managed domain whose status is "Activated"; MX record is redirected to HES
- Adding HES domain - an HES-managed domain whose status is "Adding"; MX records not yet redirected to HES. "Adding" HES domains can view mail tracking logs of test emails triggered from the Send Test Email button on the administration console.
- Active HES domain using outbound relay - an HES-managed domain whose outgoing mails are relayed to HES outbound scanning service
