Summary

After gathering the site content of Core Protection Module (CPM) DLP, you could already start using the DLP module. However, in CPM 10.6 release, Trend Micro did not add any server process/IP address in the exception/approved list and it is suggested not to install DLP module or apply aggressive DLP policy on servers such as HTTP, SMTP or ESP.

Details
Public

Trend Micro does not recommend installing DLP modules on HTTP, SMTP or ESP server to ensure the quality of services and server performance. Installing the modules on the server may cause the data content to be blocked unexpectedly.

Should you want to continue applying the DLP policies, make sure that they are well-tested.
