- Open the Windows Event Viewer. Check the ServerProtect event logs and record the event ID numbers that you want to prevent from being written.
- Go to the ServerProtect Normal Server home directory (...\Sprotect (32bit) or ...\SProtect\x64 (64bit)), open the file spnsopt.dat. If the file does not exist, simply create a file named "spnsopt.dat" using a text editor.
- Add or modify the "ExcludeWindowEventID" parameter in the [OPTION] section. Separate the exclusion event ID with commas, like the one shown below. If you manually created the spnsopt.dat, add the entire [OPTION] section including the "ExcludeWindowEventID" line.
ExcludeWindowEventID=2,10,12,13,15,16,18,77,83,84,85,212,220,221,301,302Note: You can add up to 32 ServerProtect Event IDs.
- Restart the Normal Server.
