For WFBS-SVC
The following browsers support HTTPS traffic filtering:
  • Internet Explorer 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0 (32 and 64-bit)
  • Firefox 31 (ESR), 32, 33
 
You cannot block HTTPS traffic during InPrivate browsing in Internet Explorer. This issue happens because HTTPS traffic filtering needs NSC browser plug-in module for hooking.
