Viewing the Summary page of OfficeScan prompts users to Open or Save index.php

Summary

When viewing the Summary page of the web console, the prompt asks you to Open or Save the index.php file.

This issue occurs because of either of the following:

  • Apache 2.0 and 2.2 are used as web server and the OfficeScan website is recreated using the svrsvcsetup.exe file.
  • Installing Control Manager (TMCM) 5.5/6.0 downgrades PHP which causes the console issue on the OfficeScan dashboard.
