This issue occurs when you connect to a local server.
To resolve the issue, you can do any of the following:
- Modify the host file and add the IPv4 address with hostname mapping.
- Adjust the priority of IPv4. Follow this Microsoft article: How to disable IP version 6 (IPv6) or its specific components in Windows 7, in Windows Vista, in Windows Server 2008 R2, and in Windows Server 2008.
- Uninstall IPv6 in the network property.
