Finding the product version and activating the service in SecureCloud 3.7

Public
  1. Log on to the SecureCloud web console using the standard method.
  2. Click Help > About.
 
If you are using SecureCloud from a provider other than Trend Micro, your AC will not come from your product license. The AC will be entered by your Managed Service Provider.

For Trend Micro Hosted SaaS:

  1. Open the SecureCloud web console.
  2. Go to Administration > Product License.
  3. Click Enter a new code.
  4. Enter your AC as received in your SecureCloud welcome email.
  5. Click Activate.

For On-Premise:

  1. Open the Central Management web console.
  2. Go to Administration > Product License.
  3. Click Enter a new code.
  4. Enter your AC as received in your SecureCloud welcome email.
  5. Click Activate.
