To start the Runtime Agent Service in Linux:
In the instance where you installed the Runtime Agent, run the "/etc/init.d/scagentd start" command.
To start the Runtime Agent Service in Windows:
  1. Open the Services console.
  2. Look for Trend Micro SecureCloud Agent Service, right-click it, and select Start.
