The AMSP debug log files are filling up your hard drive and there is no option to stop it in the WFBS console.
To disable the debug log collection, do the following:
- Stop the Security Agent.
- Open the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\AmspConfig.ini using a text editor like Notepad.
- Change the value of DebugLogAMSPServiceStart to "0".
DebugLogAMSPServiceStart = 0
- Save and close the file.
- Open the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\AmspLogFilter.ini using a text editor like Notepad.
- Set value of the entries below as shown:
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_AEGIS=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_AEGIS_PEM=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_AEGIS_WLCHK=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_DCE=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_IAU=3
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_ICRC=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_SSAPI=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMFBE=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMLCE=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMLES=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMPFW=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMPROXY=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMSA=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMUFE_FR=0
- LOG_INFO_TYPE_ENGINE_TMUFE_UF=0
- Save and close the file.
- Manually delete all files in sub-folders of ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Agent\AMSP\debug\.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\.
- Double-click the AMSP_logserver.exe and wait for 5 seconds.
- Restart the Security Agent.
The AMSP log collection is now disabled.
