When you go to Networked Computers > Client Management> <Client> (v10.6) or Agents > Agent Management > Agent tree group > Agent tree view (v11.0/XG) and select Update View, the Virus Pattern and Spyware Active-Monitoring Pattern columns are grayed out.
The Spyware Active-Monitoring Pattern is now merged with the Smart Scan Agent Pattern & the Smart Scan Pattern. The following behavior applies for the different scan modes:
- If the client is using Smart Scan mode, the conventional Virus Pattern and Spyware Active-monitoring pattern columns will be grayed out. You may refer to the SmartScan Agent Pattern column when using Smart Scan mode.
- If the client is using Conventional Scan mode, the Virus Pattern and Spyware Active-Monitoring Pattern fields will reflect the version number.
