When you check the OfficeScan web console, the Component Update Logs does not show the Smart Scan Agent Pattern versions in order.
Below is an example:

Hot Fix 2171 enables the Component Update Logs page to display logs by pattern version.
- Get the hot fix.
- Request Hot Fix 2171 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
Premium Support Program (PSP) clients can contact their Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly. - Use the following information in the Problem Details section:
- Title: Hot fix request from Solution ID 1059006
- Problem Category: Update / Rollback Issues
- Description: Provide a description of your server configuration including the following details.
- Specify the product build you currently have on your server.
- Give a description of the symptoms your server is experiencing.
- Request Hot Fix 2171 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
- Install the hot fix.
- Copy the hot fix executable file to a temporary folder (example: "C:\temp").
- Double-click the file. The modules are automatically copied to the correct destination.
This hot fix installation package automatically rolls back the OfficeScan server to its previous configuration if there are problems during installation. If you encounter problems after installation, do a manual rollback.
After applying the hot fix, the old log entries will no longer be changed. New log entries are now sorted by version instead of the last client update.
