The issue occurs when you forget to click the Submit button on the Service Agreement page.
To resolve the issue, click Submit
to start the provisioning process.
After clicking Submit, the domain request will then go into an "activating" status. It take 24-48 hours to complete the process.
A confirmation email from HES/HES - Inbound Filtering Support will be sent to the email address you registered to the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering account.
After the domain is redirected successfully, it will proceed to an "Activated" state. In this case, you may send a test email to check the mail functionality.
