WRS does not appear when clicking Integrated Smart Protection Server from the Smart Protection Server List of the OfficeScan console.
To make Web Reputation Service appear:
- In the OfficeScan 10.6 web console, go to Administration > Product License.
- In the OfficeScan 11.0/XG web console, go to Administration > Settings > Product License.
- Check if the following are activated:
- Web Reputation and Anti-spyware for desktops
- Web Reputation and Anti-spyware for servers
- Do one of the following:
- If not yet activated, enter the activation code from the license certificate you received via email.
- If already activated and WRS is still unavailable, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
