You cannot find the WRS on the OSCE web console. When you navigate to Integrated Server, the "Enable Web Reputation Service" option is missing.
This happens when the Web Reputation License is not activated properly. You can verify this by doing the following:
- For OfficeScan 11.0/XG, go to Administration > Settings > Product License.
For OfficeScan 10.6 and below, go to Administration > Product License. -
Under License Information section, check the status of the following:
- Web Reputation and Anti-Spyware for desktops
- Web Reputation and Anti-Spyware for servers
WRS is incorporated with the Anti-spyware feature of the program. File Reputation service goes along with the Anti-Virus license that is why it's active when checked on the the server.
