Using the Diagnostic Tool to generate logs or uninstall the client in SafeSync for Enterprise

Generate SafeSync logs and find another way to uninstall the SafeSync client.

To generate logs:

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > SafeSync for Enterprise > SafeSync For Enterprise Tool.
  2. Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
  3. Select any of the following depending on what Trend Micro Technical Support asks for:
    • Basic
    • Advanced loggin + HTTP Logs
  4. Click Start Diagnostic.
    Note: Repeat the steps you made when you encountered the issue.
  5. Click Collect Logs.

To uninstall the client:

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > SafeSync for Enterprise > SafeSync For Enterprise Tool.
  2. Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
  3. Go to the Uninstallation tab.
  4. Click Uninstall.
  5. Click Uninstall again on the next window that appears to proceed.
