Summary
Generate SafeSync logs and find another way to uninstall the SafeSync client.
Details
To generate logs:
- Go to Start > All Programs > SafeSync for Enterprise > SafeSync For Enterprise Tool.
- Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
- Select any of the following depending on what Trend Micro Technical Support asks for:
- Basic
- Advanced loggin + HTTP Logs
- Click Start Diagnostic.
Note: Repeat the steps you made when you encountered the issue. - Click Collect Logs.
To uninstall the client:
- Go to Start > All Programs > SafeSync for Enterprise > SafeSync For Enterprise Tool.
- Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
- Go to the Uninstallation tab.
- Click Uninstall.
- Click Uninstall again on the next window that appears to proceed.
