Summary
After FDE 3.1.2 device returns from hibernation or after a sync fails without a network connection, the FDE icon in the system tray displays "Last Sync Failed" message. This message remains in the System Tray icon until a manual sync is performed, where the DrAService Windows Service is restarted, or the unit is rebooted.
This error message appears even:
  • The unit synced and received policies from the PolicyServer.
  • The Last Sync Time is updated on the client and in the database.

This issue occurs because the User Interface (UI) does not refresh after a successful sync.
