This issue is caused by the Java Script files that are cached by browser and cause the cgi output page using incompatible cached java script files. Page and Java Script files are cached in Internet Explorer (IE). Deleting temporary internet files will not work.
To resolve this:
  1. Open IE and go to Internet Options.
  2. Under Browsing history section, click Settings.
The Temporary Internet Files and History Settings window opens.
  3. Under Check for newer versions of stored pages option, select Every time I visit the webpage.
  4. To finish, click OK.
