Reclassifying and unblocking a website

To reclassify a website:

  1. Go to http://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Enter the URL of the website that you want to unblock or reclassify, and then click Check Now.

  3. Click Reclassify Request.

  4. Provide the necessary information on the following sections:
    1. Safety Rating - Choose if the rating is Safe or Dangerous.
    2. Content - Choose if the category is correct or not. You can also suggest a different category.
    3. Introduce Yourself - This includes details about the website, additional comments and your email address so that you will be notified if the reclassification has been processed.

  5. Enter the verification code and click OK.
