Unable to start the Trend Micro Local Web Classification Service after recreating the OfficeScan website

Summary

After recreating the OfficeScan website, the Reputation Service is reconnecting when hovering on the OfficeScan client icon. Checking the Windows services snap-in, you are unable to start the Trend Micro Local Web Classification Service.

When you check the \Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\LWCS\wcspatterns folder, the pattern file for the Web Reputation is not present.

 
This applies if your web server is IIS or Apache.

This issue occurs after running the "svrsvcsetup.exe -install" command.

You have to update and apply OfficeScan 10.6 Service Pack 2 to prevent this issue from occurring whenever you recreate the OfficeScan website.
