Causes of the issue
You cannot upgrade MDA version 7.x to 8.0 on Android when:
- TMMS 7.x has agent customization enabled prior to upgrading to 8.0.
- The client APK is not customized after upgrading to TMMS 8.0.
- The signature of the new client APK is different even if it is using the same package name.
What is agent customization?
System will preset server IP address and port into Android agent installation package. The user does not need to enter the said information when registering or enrolling a device.
