"undefined.url_filtering.js" java script error or blank page appears in the URL Filtering page of the Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) console

Summary
When you log in to WFBS console and go to Security Settings > Group > Configure > URL Filtering page, it shows a blank page or "undefined.url_filtering.js" java script error.

This issue occurs because of a corrupted cgiShowClientAdm.exe.
To resolve the issue:
  1. Download and extract the cgiShowClientAdm.zip file on the affected computer using the password "trend".
  2. Stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
  3. Using the extracted file, replace the existing cgiShowClientAdm.exe files on the following directory:
    Important: Always create a backup before modifying WFBS files or registry.
    • ..\PCCSRV\Web_Console\CGI
    • ..\PCCSRV\Web_SMB\Web_Console\CGI
  4. Start the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
  5. Clear the Internet Explorer cache.
  6. Access the URL Filtering page again.
If issue still persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
