Generate synchronization and/or authentication logs of Endpoint Encryption device connected to the PolicyServer for troubleshooting purposes.
For version 3.1.3 and above
- On the PolicyServer, run the following command:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\PolicyServer\DiagnosticsMonitor.exe
- Go to File > Option. The Live Monitor Options window opens.

- Select the following:
- Category: Communications
- Minimum Level Displayed: Debug
- Output Folder: Choose a location where to save the logs.
- Reproduce the issue from the client side.
- Gather and send the TMEElogs.txt to Trend Micro Technical Support.
For versions below 3.1.3
- On the PolicyServer, run the following command:
C:\Program Files\Mobile Armor\Policy Server\DiagnosticsMonitor.exe
The PolicyServer Diagnostics Monitor window opens.

- In the Application Log Levels section, select the following:
- MAClient
- Stream Log
- Debug
- Tick the Enabled check box under the File Log section.
- Choose a location where to save the TMEElogs.txt.
- Reproduce the client issue.
- Gather and send the TMEElogs.txt to Trend Micro Technical Support.
