From the PolicyServer installation screen, you may see the status bar extend to the right and the dialog box displays "Upgrading MobileArmorDB" but the upgrade process appears to have failed. During this period, the upgrade is waiting for SQL to finish processing the upgrade of the two databases.
This issue has been observed when there is a large number of Audit Logs. You can run the query below to see the number of Audit Logs contained in the database:
select count(AuditLogIndex) from MobileArmorLog.dbo.AuditLog
The amount of time to perform the upgrade is not known by the amount of logs. It has been noticed that MobileArmorLog databases containing over 1 million logs may take hours to complete
