After checking the OfficeScan console, you noticed that the File Reputation Service is getting updates from the Smart Scan Integrated Server but Web Reputation (WRS) points to the Trend Micro URL.
Both services are running properly and testing connections is successful. Updating the client, uninstalling/reinstalling will not solve the issue.
Do the following:
- Log on to the OfficeScan server management console.

For OfficeScan 10.6, go to Networked Computers > Client Management > OfficeScan Server root domain > Settings > Web Reputation Settings.
For OfficeScan 11.0/XG, go to Agents > Agent Management > OfficeScan Server root domain > Settings > Web Reputation Settings. - On the Internal and External tabs, check the box for "Send Queries to Smart Protection Servers".
