To collect TMProxy logs:
  1. Open %Program Files%\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\TmProxy.ini with a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
  2. Modify the entries as follows:
    [InteractiveSession] Enable=1
    (the default is Enable=0)

    [ServiceSession] Enable=1
    (the default is Enable=0)
    Under debug section, modify the debug_level to 90.
    [debug]
    debug_on=yes
    debug_level=90
    log_path=C:\temp\TmProxy.log
  3. Save the file.
  4. Unload and reload the agent.
  5. Replicate the issue.
  6. Disable the debug.
  7. Collect the C:\temp\TmProxy.log.
