This article tells you how you can gather TMProxy logs in WFBS-SVC.
To collect TMProxy logs:
- Open %Program Files%\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\TmProxy.ini with a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
- Modify the entries as follows:
[InteractiveSession] Enable=1
(the default is Enable=0)
[ServiceSession] Enable=1
(the default is Enable=0)Under debug section, modify the debug_level to 90.

debug_level=90
log_path=C:\temp\TmProxy.log - Save the file.
- Unload and reload the agent.
- Replicate the issue.
- Disable the debug.
- Collect the C:\temp\TmProxy.log.
