Generating virus logs from management console:

  1. Log on to the WFBS console
  2. Go to Reports > Log Query.
  3. Specify the following:
    • Time Range: Date range where the virus/malware has been detected
    • Type: Desktop/Server
    • Incident: Virus logs
    Note: Select the box for Manual Scan, Realtime Scan, and Scheduled Scan unless you would like to be more specific.
  4. Click Display logs.
  5. Click Export.

Generating virus logs from Security Agent console:

  1. Right-click the Security Agent icon and select Open Worry Free Business Security.
  2. Click logs, which is the red icon.
  3. Specify the following:
    • Time Range: Date range where the virus/malware has been detected
    • Type: Virus/Malware
  4. Click Export.
