As a workaround, you need to directly access the Forgot Password page for SafeSync for Business.
To reset your password:
- Open your web browser (E.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
- Open the Forgot Password page to reset your account password.
- Type the email address you registered for SafeSync and the characters provided, and click Submit.
We will send a message to the email address registered. This message contains instructions to reset your password. - Open your email, and follow the instructions to change your password.
- Open the SafeSync for Business page, and then sign in to your account using the new password.
