This occurs because the following files were not replaced during the client upgrade to SP2:
To fix this issue:
- On the OSCE server, open a new command line window.
- Go to <OSCE server path>\PCCSRV\PCCNT.
- Run the following:
<OSCE server path>\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\Touch\TmTouch.exe URL*.htm
The files will automatically be deployed to all OSCE clients.
