You are a reseller and when adding a new customer in LMP you receive the following error message:

Please provide a new account name and try again.

According to LMP specification, the account name must be unique within one channel. If you have the same account name in LMP, the system would not allow it to be used by another whose Tier 2 account was created under the same channel or Tier 1 account.
