Unable to do a search in OfficeScan's Spyware/Grayware Approved List when using Internet Explorer 10

Summary

Whenever you try doing a search in the OfficeScan Spyware/Grayware Approved List, the following message appears:

"Configuration changes have been applied. Officescan clients are now being notified. Please allow some time for the new configuration settings to propagate to all clients. Unavailable clients will be notified when they are reconnected to the network."

To fix the issue:

  1. Using IE 10, open the OfficeScan (OSCE) web console.
  2. From the IE 10 menu bar, click Tools > Compatibility View.
  3. Select Display all websites in Compatibility View or add the OfficeScan website by clicking Add.
  4. Log off then log in to the OfficeScan web console and do a search in the Spyware/Grayware Approved List.
