The error appears because Internet Explorer (IE) caches the old Javascript that prevents widgets from executing the correct Javascript and triggers an exception.
When users log on to the TMCM console in IE and navigate to the dashboard, the browser may cache the Javascript. And because the browser runs an older Javascript in the cache, the widgets do not work and the error message described above appears after installing Patch 4.
To access the TMCM console:
- Open Internet Explorer (IE) and press F12. The Developer Tool window will appear.
- Go to Cache and click the following:
- Clear browser cache (or press Ctrl + R)
- Clear browser cache of this domain (or press Ctrl + D)
- Clear session cookies
Click Yes when a pop-up appears confirming that you want to clear your cache and cookies.

- Close and re-open IE. You should now be able to access the TMCM console.
