Pattern update fails in Deep Security Agent

Summary

After activating the Deep Security Agent, it does not update the pattern and shows the following error message:

Warning: Pattern update on agent/appliances failed
Error message: Unable to access update source. Check connect to update source or proxy server. Troubleshoot: Test the port are ok.
Version: DSM 11.0.240 Linux DSA 10.0.0.3059

Upon troubleshooting, you may also encounter the following event details:

There was a failure performing an Anti-Malware Component Update. Check the Agent/Appliance Events for the cause.

To prevent the issue, follow the best practice which is to upgrade first the Deep Security Manager and Deep Security Relay, and then upgrade the Deep Security Agent.

It is also recommended to have a higher build version for Deep Security Manager and Deep Security Relay than the Deep Security Agent version. Make sure its version is higher than 10 U14 or 11 U2.
