To resolve this issue:

  1. Back up the following files on the OSCE server:
    1. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-debug-jquery-min.js
    2. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-debug-min.js
    3. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-jquery-min.js
  2. Download and extract Widget_files.rar
  3. Replace the recently backed up files with the extracted files:
    1. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-debug-jquery-min.js
    2. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-debug-min.js
    3. PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\js\wf-module-jquery-min.js
  4. Reboot the OSCE server.
  5. Open the OSCE console.
