To stop or allow marketing messages:

  1. Open the HES console, and then go to Inbound Protection > Policy.
  2. Go to Edit rule > Scanning Criteria.
  3. Under Message detected as, tick Marketing message.

    Select Marketing message

    You may click Exception List > Enable exception list and enter the IP address/es of the sender of the marketing message.

  4. Under Actions, you may select any actions that you want to apply for this policy.
  5. Click Submit.
