To resolve this issue:
  1. Click Start and type "inetmgr" on the Start Search Box.
  2. On the Programs list, right-click inetmgr and select Run as administrator.
  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password type your password. If you are asked for confirmation, click Continue.
  4. On the IIS Manager window, expand OfficeScan and select SMB.
  5. On the Features view, double-click Handler Mappings and highlight CGI.exe.
  6. On the Action pane, click Edit Feature Permissions.
  7. Select Read, Script, Execute, and then click OK.
  8. Restart World Wide Web Publishing Service.
