Summary
You are unable to send out invitation emails to enroll devices in TMMS for Enterprise.
Details
The issue occurs when there is an error in the TmOMSM.ini file. The section REMOVE_ADMIN_NOTIFY has been altered and renamed REMOVE_ADMIN_NOTIGY.
To resolve the issue:
- Go to the the Management Server and open the ...\Trend Micro\Mobile Security folder.
- Open the TmOMSM.ini file and go to the Mobile Security Management Module Service.
- Search for REMOVE_ADMIN_NOTIGY and rename it to "REMOVE_ADMIN_NOTIFY".
- Start the Mobile Security Management Module Service.
- Log in to the TMMS web console and send the invitation emails.
