Counters for C&C email of InterScan Messaging Security Suite (IMSS) and Control Manager (TMCM) are different

The IMSS and TMCM counters for the C&C emails are not synchronized.

This happens because IMSS counts both incoming and outgoing messages that trigger the filter, while TMCM only counts the outgoing messages in the C&C Callback Information View.
