Samples from InterScan Messaging Security Suite (IMSS) 7.5 Windows to DDA 3.0 generates broken reports

Summary
When IMSS 7.5 samples are submitted to Deep Discovery Advisor (DDA), the DDA Virtual Analyzer "Completed" submission report has missing content in certain columns, broken Thread Connect links, and HTML errors upon clicking Sandbox reports.

This is a known issue in DDA 3.0 and 3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) as of IMSS 7.5 Windows General Master release.
To properly handle IMSS 7.5 submitted samples, install the following:
  • DDA 3.0 SP1
  • Hot fix build 3076 for DDA 3.0 SP1
You may request the hot fix from Trend Micro Technical Support.
