This issue occurs because the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.6005.562 on the tmuninst.ptn file is a x86 version, not a x64.
To uninstall the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.6005.562 x64, apply hot fix build 5467.1.
