You are unable to import custom sandbox in DDI and the following message appears:

In the /u-sandbox/log/usandbox.log, you see the following log entries:

To properly setup the sandbox, DDI requires to have a higher disk size than the Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) image size. In this case, the OVA image size is too large and cannot be uploaded in DDI.
To resolve the issue, remove any unnecessary software on the sandbox machine to reduce its disk size before importing the OVA image in DDI.
As a workaround, re-install DDI on the machine with the following recommended hardware specifications:
- CPU: Two Intel™ Core™2 Quad processors (recommended)
- RAM: 8GB (minimum)
- Hard disk space: 100GB minimum
Note: For additional log storage space, 300-500GB is recommended. - Network interface card (NIC): Two NICs (minimum)
For better performance, you may use a plug-in NIC as a data port, rather than an onboard NIC.
Refer to the DDI Administrator's Guide for more information.
If the issue persists even with the recommended hard disk space, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
