Currently, SMEX 10.2 with SP1 and/or SP2 is the latest version of the product that supports the Exchange 2003 platform. This version of SMEX is still supported until October 1, 2015, and Trend Micro commits to continue its support for SMEX 10.2 with SP1/SP2 on Microsoft Exchange 2003 until this time.
Trend Micro will do its best to provide support on the Exchange 2003 platform. However, if there is an issue directly related to Exchange 2003, Trend Micro is not responsible and may not be able to fix the issue.
Trend Micro highly encourages its customers to upgrade to the latest and officially supported version of any platform to prevent potential issues due to end of support status from the vendor.
