Smart Scan Pattern version shows "0.000.00" after upgrading from Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) 8.0 to WFBS 9.0

Note: This article applies to Worry-Free Business Security 9.0 only.
To resolve the issue:
  1. Go to ..\PCCSRV\wss\spsc\conf\ and rename the activeindex file to "activeindex.old".
  2. Open cmd prompt and change directory to ..\PCCSRV\wss\spsc\bin\.
  3. Run the command "activeindex.exe –i".
  4. Log in to the web console and perform a manual update.
    The manual update may take some time and may appear to be stuck at 50% update. It will still update successfully after a few minutes.
